Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it at your expense for an exchange, an upgrade, store credit or a refund.
Store Credit / Upgrades:
* Returns for store credit must arrive within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
* There are no re-stocking or handling fees.
* The Buyer is responsible for insurance and return shipping to the Seller.
* Product should be returned in the original package in saleable condition.
* Buyer receives credit for the full amount.
Store Credit is the best option for returns, it recovers the most value for the buyer and provides the most options.
Exchange:

* The Seller pays for outbound shipping for exchange items.
Refund:
* Returns for refund must arrive within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

* The Buyer is responsible for insurance and return shipping to the Seller.
* Exact Shipping charges are not refundable.
* Refunds will use the original payment method.
* Refunds are limited to the item value. Shipping charges are excluded.
When making a return please include a note with the following:

2) Your Shipping Address,
3) A brief explanation of the reason for the return.
4) Please indicate if you prefer an exchange, upgrade, store credit or refund.
All Frisby products are warranted for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty is limited to exchange of the defective product. Damage due to abuse , misuse or alteration of the product is excluded. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
